A. The ingredients used by the Blue Moonstone are as natural and environmentally friendly as possible. We avoid using raw materials or related products derived from the petroleum industry, eg. Paraffin. We don’t use materials made from animal sources eg. Collagen, gelatine. There is no paraben in our products. Q. What are your policies on animal testing.

A. The Blue Moonstone is against animal testing as are our suppliers

Q. Your products are very reasonably priced, I pay three times as much for my moisturiser on the high street!

A. Most of our raw ingredients are not expensive. Some essential oils are more expensive than others. The quality and effectiveness of a product is not always reflected in the price. All you have to do is try our products to prove the point!

Q. I do not want to order over the internet, how can I buy Blue Moonstone products?

A. Print out our order form, complete, adding postage and packing and send with your cheque. Once your cheque has been cleared by the bank, your products will be dispatched.

Q. I have very sensitive skin and have to be careful what I use.

A. As our products are made from natural ingredients and are very gentle, there shouldn’t be a problem. In the unlikely event that you experience a reaction to one of our products please let me know.

A. There is a small charge of £3.50 for all orders under £20.00 in the U.K.
